The participants use a combination of art, fun, creativity, music, autogenic relaxation, meditation, guided  visualization(Imagery)  and group energy healing to identify and remove the blocks to their creativity and healing processes. This necessarily enables them to become aware of their full potential and then learning ways of achieving and attaining them. Some amazing transformational changes and healing often occurs not only during the workshops, but  they can  continue for many  years afterwards. There is absolutely no necessity for the participants to have any previous knowledge or experience  of the techniques used as they will be guided through them during the workshop
